Board Members Need To Wear The Right "Hat".

Writer: Don Cruickshank Don Cruickshank

Board members need to go to board meetings as those that serve the organization on behalf of the owners (real and moral).

If you are one of those owners, you need to take off your owner's hat and put on your serving hat during those meetings.

If you do not, you will be self-serving.
